Is my data private?+
Every application, document, and reminder is owned by a single user account and isn't shared with anyone. Documents are stored on Cloudinary, and metadata lives in our Convex database — both scoped to your user ID. Reminder emails are sent through Resend, only to your own address.
Does Yaad write essays for me?+
No. Yaad is a tracker, not a writer. We help you keep deadlines, statuses, and the documents you've already prepared in one calm place — the writing is still yours.
Can I store the actual files I submitted?+
Yes — that's the whole point of the document vault. Upload PDFs, DOCX essays, transcripts, references, and proofs straight onto each application's detail page.
